individuals and corporate clients requiring the certification of
documents for use abroad. In addition we are able to assist with
legalisation obtaining FCO apostilles and Embassy legalisation if

lists below are intended for general information. Prices may vary depending on
the particular circumstances of the transaction and will be confirmed at the

NOTARY LEGALS PRICE LIST & TIMESCALES – NOTARIAL SERVICES CORPORATE CLIENTS
Notarisation of Official/Company docs – £100 each document or company officer signing; some duplicate company documents not requiring witnessing £50 each
Additional tailored certification - £100 each
Notarisation other docs (e.g. certified copy proof of ID for company personnel) - £50 each
Due Diligence – Admin verification company status – each £25.00 and where additional due diligence is required such as examination of board resolutions - £100 each; where statutory declaration required to supplement due diligence – preparation add £65 each
FCO Apostilles:
(1) Standard service apostilles (standard service: return 2 to 10 working days) – add admin charge £40 plus FCO fee for standard apostille £30.00 each plus £5.00 FCO return postage by courier within the UK; FCO return postage to Europe £15.00; worldwide – £20.
(2) Premium service apostilles (expedited service: return within 2 working days of notarisation) - add admin charge £225 plus FCO fee for urgent apostille £75.00 each. Please note that return within an earlier timescale may be possible the cost of which will be provided at the time of quoting or as soon as possible thereafter.
Embassy legalisation in addition to FCO Apostille:
For countries which are not part of the Hague Convention:
(1) Add admin charge £75 to FCO apostille fee – except Peoples Republic of China (see below) plus Embassy legalisation fee - to be confirmed on request.
(2) Peoples Republic of China legalisation – add admin charge £125 to FCO apostille fee above plus Embassy legalisation fee – to be confirmed on request.

For U.S. jurisdiction – add £100
Return postage by special delivery within the U.K. fees start at £10.00; outside the U.K. by courier – fees start at £30.00.
PLEASE NOTE: Quotes are provided based on the information provided at the time of the initial enquiry. Additional charges may apply to individual transactions and will be advised as soon as the charges are known. In addition, please be advised that charges are based on the time spent on any one transaction so where more time is required to be spent on any transaction than would normally be the case for transactions of that nature, additional charges will be applied and will be advised as soon as they are known. Typically additional time spent is charged at £150 for each additional 30 minutes or part thereof spent on processing the documents.
Typically a notarisation of a document will take place on the day of an appointment. If standard FCO legalisation is required the timescale is typically between 2 and 10 working days for return of documents, longer if the docment is being sent overseas. If urgent FCO legalisation is required typically the document will be returned to the client within 2 working days. Where Embassy legalisation is required, the timescale for processing of the individual Embassy will be provided on request.

North America jurisdiction – Add £100.00
Notarisation – proof of ID and address - £20 each first two
documents, plus £10.00 each additional document. Minimum charge £40.00
Preparation of document – fees start at £50.00
Binding of multi-page documents – Admin: £10.00 per document.
Witnesses - some documents require an independent witness or witnesses. Additional witness admin fee - £25.00.
FCO Apostilles:
(1) Standard service apostilles (return 4 to 10 working days following notarisation approximately ) – Admin: £50.00. Add FCO fee standard apostille £30.00 each plus £5.00 return postage UK; £15.00 Europe; worldwide – £20.00 or price on request.
(2) Premium service apostille (expedited service return within 2 working days from the day of notarisation). Admin: £150 plus FCO fee urgent apostille - £75.00 each.
